Payment and Refund Policy
FURTHER EXPLANATION ON ENROLLMENT PAYMENT PLANS

International travel and local transportation, as well as accident and health insurance are NOT included in the cost of attendance listed.

Plan B and Companion Plan can be purchased together. Standard hotel rooms are for double-occupancy. In the case of single occupancy or triple-occupancy, special requests must be made in advance. If the requests can be arranged, the price may vary and the enrollment payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
A companion of a student who chooses Plan A needs to purchase the Audit Pass to access the camp’s events.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS
​
Enrollment payment can be made through an online payment system link in the camp admission notice email. The online payment system accepts all major credit cards or PayPal. There might be a convenience surcharge from the online payment system.
For U.S. domestic students, payment through Zelle is also acceptable. Scala Arts’ Zelle account will be provided in the camp admission notice. Please make sure to leave the student’s name and date of birth in the Zelle transaction note, so the transaction can be quickly matched with our record.
For international students who prefer international wiring as a way of payment, please make a special request when you receive the admission notice. An international wiring instruction will be provided.
All payment transactions must be in U.S. Dollars. No other currency is acceptable. No cheque is acceptable.

ENROLLMENT PAYMENT DEADLINE

The full amount must be paid by March 15, 2025, to secure a selected student’s spot in the camp. Lateness in payment may cause a selected student’s spot to be offered to another student on the waitlist. Once the offer is made, the process is not reservable.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
​
The full amount of the enrollment payment, once made, is not refundable. Exceptions can be made only when an enrolled student or his/her sole familial travel companion suffers from a severe illness that impairs his/her ability to travel or the force majeure disrupts international travel and the organizing and operation of The Concerto Camp.
Scala Arts reserves the right to make necessary programmatic adjustments up to full cancellation in the case of unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that prevents the Scala Arts from proceeding with The Concerto Camp in the pre-planned way. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, site unavailability, health and safety risks, and technology issues. In the event that the Scala Arts must rescind a student’s offer of admission to The Concerto Camp due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount of the enrollment payment will be refunded. Application fees are not refundable.
