Payment and Refund Policy
FURTHER EXPLANATION ON TUITION & PASS FEES

Board and accommodation, international travel and local transportation, as well as accident and health insurance, are NOT included in the listed tuition fee.
A companion of an enrolled student needs to purchase the Companion/Audit Pass to access the camp’s key events.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS​
For U.S. domestic applicants, tuition payment through Zelle is preferred. Scala Arts’ Zelle account will be provided in the camp admission notice. Please make sure to leave the applicant’s name and date of birth in the Zelle transaction note so that the transaction can be quickly matched with our records.
For applicants outside of the U.S., tuition payment through international wiring is preferred. An international wiring instruction will be provided along with the camp admission notice.
All payment transactions must be in U.S. Dollars. No other currency is acceptable. No cheque will be accepted.

TUITION PAYMENT DEADLINE

The full amount must be paid by February 15, 2026, to secure an applicant’s spot in the camp. Lateness in payment may cause an applicant’s spot to be offered to another applicant on the waitlist. Once the offer is made, the process is not reversible.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
​
The full amount of the tuition, once paid, is not refundable. Exceptions can be made only when an enrolled applicant or his/her sole familial travel companion suffers from a severe illness that impairs his/her ability to travel, or the force majeure disrupts international travel and the operation of The Concerto Camp.
Scala Arts reserves the right to make necessary programmatic adjustments up to full cancellation in the case of unforeseen circumstances. "Unforeseen circumstances" is used to describe an event that prevents the Scala Arts from proceeding with The Concerto Camp in the pre-planned way. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, site unavailability, health and safety risks, and technology issues. In the event that the Scala Arts must rescind an applicant’s offer of admission to The Concerto Camp due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount of the paid tuition will be refunded. Application fees are not refundable.
